Generally we will make contact with you through our website, email or by telephone. The information we collect from our guests and visitors to our website is non-personally identifiable. We will not require any personal information if you are just browsing our site.

After you have submitted your request, someone from our reservations department will contact you A.S.A.P. (within 8 hours) by email with an availability notice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice so it’s best to reserve as soon as you have identified the excursion of your desire!

After you have made your deposit we will send you a confirmation voucher by email which will have instructions for meeting your guide/driver, the deposit amount, balance due at the beginning of your tour and details of your tour and tips.
Please Note: You are only going to make a deposit to confirm your reservation and hold your space. The balance is to be paid at the beginning of your excursion by cash or travelers cheques only.
